Optimize Everything: The Final 2%

I always remind my staff that millions are made in the final 2%. Most people aspire to and easily reach the first 98%, but the problem is that they stop there.

REAL Money is made by optimizing down to that final 2%. You can throw up a blog, and begin writing your first post in 10 minutes. You can hire a web designer for a few hundred bucks and have an online presence in a few days. You can send out a limitless number of emails using an email provider for $15/month, but are you really optimized?

I know in the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s next to impossible to slow down at the most important times to make sure that you’re using keywords in blog posts, that your headline speaks to the greatest benefit or pain of your target consumer, or that the calls to action in your email campaign grab and yank the prospect out of his/her comfort zone into your funnel.

Just remember, the final 2% is where you’ll find 80% of your profits. It’s the new 80/20 rule…so to speak.
