ABC News thinks Twitter is news because Twitter can rescue you from customer service line waits , and I agree.. “Your no different than Comcast”. Comcast monitors every site on the web to respond to any feedback, comments, criticism that includes the word “Comcast”.

Google Alerts, and I say… it’s still worth your time to at least request from Google that they alert you when the “name of your company” is mentioned online. Good or bad.

1) Give Google keywords you want to be alerted too

2) Google emails you updates you with any content that contains that keyword
